My order

Can I order online and collect my purchase in store?

Of course ! Simply select local pickup at checkout.
You can collect your order in our shop in Paris, 7 rue de l'Abbé de l'Epée in the 5th arrondissement, Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready. Do not hesitate to call us before at 09 50 83 38 46 to check that the product is in stock!

Is it possible to cancel my order if I have changed my mind?

We completely understand, we also change our minds sometimes! If your order has not yet been prepared and shipped, then we may cancel it. However, once the shipment is scheduled, we can no longer modify or cancel it. In this case, you can return it to us for a refund.
