Backpack of your choice (Romy or Arthur)

Arthur is the square, compact, and colorful backpack, perfect for school and activities. Easy to carry thanks to its two handles and wide central opening, it offers real comfort with its padded shoulder straps and adjustable chest clip. Front pocket, interior compartments, side mesh for the water bottle: everything is designed to keep you organized.

Romy is the rounded, lightweight, and practical bag that accompanies children every day. Its adjustable straps, adjustable chest clip, and well-placed pockets (inside, front zippered, side mesh) make it a reliable companion from preschool to playtime.

Choice of kit (Max or Malo)

Max is a large and functional pencil case that opens completely thanks to its full-length zipper. Its large central compartment holds all your supplies, and the flap includes a zippered pocket and a mesh compartment to keep small items organized. Featuring a webbing handle on the side, it's easy to carry anywhere.

Malo is the double-zip pencil case that helps keep everything organized without losing anything. Pencils on one side, markers or small treasures on the other: everything stays separate. Its two zippers open wide, so kids can find what they're looking for in a flash.

Billy Pouch

Billy is the clever pouch to attach to your backpack. Ideal for keeping tissues, small treasures, or everyday items close at hand, it features a reflective surface for increased visibility on the way to school.

Exchanges and returns of packs:

Any pack can be exchanged: contact our customer service for details. For a refund, all parts of the pack must be returned.

Our products are primarily made from thick, durable organic cotton (500g/m2). Our cotton is GOTS certified, which guarantees:

• The biological origin of textiles;
• Environmentally friendly production and processing processes;
• Respect and improvement of working conditions.

Here are the other existing materials:

• recycled polyester, labeled GRS (Global Recycled Standard).
• Jute: blend of organic cotton and organic jute
• 100% organic cotton terry cloth material

☔️ Before wearing it for the first time, it is strongly recommended to protect your bag using a colorless waterproofing spray . Waterproofing to be renewed every 3 months.

Although our products are designed to be durable and of high quality, they are not eternal. Over time, wear and tear from friction, repeated movements, and prolonged exposure to UV rays can alter their appearance and durability. Our bags and accessories are made to last; we are not perfect, but we work tirelessly to optimize their quality, while remaining aware that natural wear and tear is part of their life cycle.

All our bags and accessories are made by our Indian partner NGO , the Swami Sivananda Memorial Institute (SSMI), which works to empower women in a disadvantaged neighborhood of Delhi. These women make the textile accessories in exchange for a fair wage, training, and a place in school for their children.

Delivery

Delivery fees are €2.50 to a pick-up point and €4.50 for home delivery within mainland France (excluding the purchase of a Come keychain alone).

From November 1st, 2025 to December 31st, 2025, the return period is extended!

Instead of the usual 14 days from your purchase date, you have until January 31st, 2026 to submit your request.
