Refund Policy

For any exchange or return request, you DO NOT need to create an account.

TRADES

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to request an exchange.

The costs of sending packages (return and return) will be covered by Hindbag.

The difference in price of exchanged products may be refunded or deducted.

MAKE AN EXCHANGE

RETURNS

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to request a return.

Only unworn, unused or washed items are eligible for a return, and must be in perfect condition.

For France, in the event of a defective item, all Return delivery costs are the responsibility of Hindbag. For any other reason for return against reimbursement, all delivery costs remain the responsibility of the customer, only the products ordered can be reimbursed.

From abroad, return costs are always your responsibility.

After receipt of the returned package, reimbursement is made within a maximum of 15 days, directly by bank transfer to the card used during payment.

In the event that your return package is delayed, damaged or lost by postal services, only a shipment with a tracking number will be eligible for a claim and a refund.

In the case of a purchase with a deferred debit card, the reimbursement may only be visible on your account at the end of the month.
