You have 15 days from the date of purchase or receipt of your order to request an exchange. The costs of sending the parcels (return and return) will be borne by Hindbag.

The difference in price of the exchanged products may be refunded or deducted.



On and in accordance with articles L 121-20 and following of the consumer code, you benefit from a reflection period of 15 days from delivery to reconsider your decision and return the item ordered without having to give reasons or pay penalties.

Only unworn, unused or washed items are eligible for a return, and must be in perfect condition.

For France, return delivery costs are borne by Hindbag ONLY in the event of a defective item.

From abroad, the return costs are always your responsibility.

After receipt of the returned package, the refund is made within a maximum period of 15 days, directly by bank transfer to the card used during payment.

In the event that your return package experiences a delay, damage or loss by the postal services, only a shipment with a tracking number may be the subject of a complaint and a refund.

In the case of a purchase with a deferred debit card, the refund may be visible on your account only at the end of the month.
