At Hindbag, we have designed our bags so that they accompany you on a daily basis throughout your life. However, nothing is perfect or forever... It may happen that certain products have defects after a few months or that they need to be renovated after a few years.

After your purchase, Hindbag remains present with the guarantee of our products against exchange for 1 year and a contribution to the repair of the latter for life!

THE 1 YEAR WARRANTY

All our bags and accessories purchased on hindbag.fr or in a Hindbag store are guaranteed for 1 year. Hindbag undertakes for 1 year to send you new any brand product with a quality defect.

What defects are covered for 1 year?

  • Unstitched seam
  • Broken zipper
  • Abnormal tissue discoloration
  • Broken handle
  • Unstitched label

How do I make my warranty request?

For any warranty request, we invite you to send an email to hello@hindbag.fr with:

  • Photos of the defect AND your entire bag/accessory
  • Order number or proof of purchase

Our after-sales service will get back to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

For any purchase made from one of our reseller partners , we invite you to make the request directly to the point of sale.

LIFETIME REPAIR

Beyond 1 year of use of our products, Hindbag undertakes to contribute €10 to the repair of your bag or accessory for any wear and tear presented below.

What wear and tear is covered for life up to €10?

  • Unstitched seam
  • Broken zipper

The brand does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect of products or excessive wear.

How do I request a repair contribution?

We invite you to send an email to hello@hindbag.fr with:

  • Photos of wear AND of your entire bag/accessory.
  • Photo of the receipt from the store where you carried out the repair.

Our after-sales service will get back to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
