To celebrate 10 years of collaboration with SSMI, we've created a limited edition hobo bag in tribute to Sunita, the NGO's director: a sleek, timeless, and committed design. Made from organic cotton and tinted a soft sage green, this tote bag combines style and practicality. Its fixed 92 cm strap (shoulders drop: 40 cm) allows it to be worn over the shoulder or across the body, depending on your preference. The magnetic closure ensures quick access while keeping your belongings secure. With a 15-liter capacity, it easily accommodates all your daily essentials. On the front, a strong message symbolizes the values and commitment that have united Hindbag and SSMI since the brand's creation.

The label on the front of the bag is written in French and reads: "Hindbag a 10 ans! Since the beginning, you have supported us in our commitment to ethical and socially responsible production.
Thanks to your purchases, you enable the NGO SSMI to develop its local impact in Delhi on the emancipation of women and the education of children. In 2025, more than 235 women from disadvantaged backgrounds are working as seamstresses for Hindbag, while receiving a fair wage. And more than 1,100 pupils will attend the SSMI school, funded by the profits from the partnership with Hindbag.

☔️ Before wearing it for the first time, it is strongly recommended to protect your bag by using a colorless waterproofing spray. Reapply waterproofing every 3 months.

Although our products are designed to be durable and high-quality, they are not eternal. Over time, wear from friction, repeated movements, and prolonged exposure to UV rays can alter their appearance and resistance. Our bags and accessories are made to last, but we are not perfect. We work tirelessly to optimize their quality while being aware that natural wear is part of their lifecycle.

All our bags and accessories are manufactured by our Indian NGO partner Swami Sivananda Memorial Institute (SSMI) which fights for the emancipation of women in an underprivileged neighborhood of DELHI. These women make textile accessories in exchange for a salary 3x higher than the average Indian salary, training and a place at school for their children.
