Terms of sale


1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") apply to all sales contracts concluded between HINDBAG SASU, headquartered at 7 rue de l'Abbé de l'Épée, 75005 Paris (France), registered with the R.C.S Paris B 811 626 084, VAT No. FR75811626084, and the user, understood as a consumer under the French Consumer Code, i.e., any natural person acting for purposes not related to their commercial, industrial, artisanal, liberal or agricultural activity, based on orders placed via https://hindbag.fr/en-ww.

1.2. By ordering products on https://hindbag.fr/en-ww, you unconditionally accept and agree to abide by the GTC. If you do not accept the GTC, you will not be able to place an order from https://hindbag.fr/en-ww.


2. CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASING FROM HINDBAG

2.1. You may purchase products on https://hindbag.fr/en-ww only if you are considered a final consumer. Resellers or professional distributors are not allowed to order via https://hindbag.fr/en-ww.

2.2. Purchases on our site are restricted to individuals of legal age. By accepting these GTC, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. HINDBAG cannot be held responsible for any false declarations regarding age.

2.3. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

 

3. ORDER PROCESS

You select the product(s) of your choice and add them to your cart by clicking “Add to Cart”.

At any time, you may:

  • Check your cart’s content, product prices and the total amount by clicking “Cart”;

  • Continue shopping by clicking “Continue Shopping”;

  • Finalize your order by clicking “Proceed to Checkout” or “Buy in 1 Click”.

You will then be prompted to provide your email address and choose between delivery or in-store pickup (Paris, Nantes or Aéroville). For shipping, you must enter your postal address and phone number and choose a delivery method as described in Article 7.

Next, select a payment method (see Article 5) and provide billing details if different from the shipping address. Then click “Pay Now”.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of:

  • Existing dispute(s) with the customer;

  • Partial or non-payment of a previous order;

  • Payment authorization refusal;

  • Stock issues.

Once the order is ready, a shipping confirmation email will be sent.

 

4. PRICES

4.1. No customs duties or import taxes apply for shipments to mainland France and EU countries. Duties and taxes apply to:

  • Non-EU countries;

  • Overseas territories (TOM/COM).
    These costs are out of our control and must be paid by the recipient. In case of refusal upon delivery, Hindbag reserves the right to charge the customer the amount due.

4.2. Prices on https://hindbag.fr/en-ww do not include shipping costs.

4.3. HINDBAG reserves the right to modify prices and promotional offers at any time.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

5.1. Payments are processed by certified payment service providers.
Available payment methods:

  • Credit cards (CB, Visa, Mastercard)

  • Lydia

  • Just

  • Alma

  • Paypal

  • Bancontact

5.2. Payment must be made at the time of ordering.

5.3. Banking data is secured using SSL encryption and PCI DSS compliance via Playplug.

 

6. ORDER CANCELLATION

If your order is marked as “Payment Accepted”, you may cancel it before shipment. After shipment, return costs are your responsibility.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

7.1. Orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 24–48h (excluding weekends/holidays).
For pre-orders, extended lead times are indicated on the product page.
Delivery methods:

  • La Poste (Lettre Suivie or Colissimo)

  • Chrono Relais

  • DHL Express

  • Delivengo

Tracking numbers are provided after dispatch. Shipping costs and potential customs duties are your responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for more.

 

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

8.1. In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, starting from delivery of the last item in a multi-item order. The return applies to the whole order.

8.2. Hindbag may refuse returns if the items were worn, used, or returned without their original box or in unsellable condition. In such cases, you will be notified by email and must pay return shipping fees.

 

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have 14 days from delivery to return products at your expense, provided they are new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Returns can also be made in store.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection, if return conditions are met.

 

10. PERSONAL DATA

Your data is used solely in the context of your relationship with https://hindbag.fr/en-ww and never shared or sold. Payment data is handled securely by Playplug or JUST.
The website uses cookies, which you can disable in your browser settings.
You have the right to access, modify or delete your data by writing to hello@hindbag.fr.
Data is retained only for the time necessary to fulfill its purpose.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These GTC are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent court is either the defendant’s place of residence or the place of delivery.

14. AMENDMENTS TO THE GTC

HINDBAG may update the GTC at any time without prior notice to comply with legal or technical requirements. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of order. Last updated: 04/06/2025.
