DELIVERY TERMS

For delivery, we use Colissimo and Chrono Relais. You also have the possibility to collect your order free of charge from our Parisian store.

What are your delivery rates?

In mainland France, delivery by Colissimo costs €6 and €4.50 by Relay Point.

What are the delivery times ?

Once your order is shipped, delivery times are 2 to 5 working days by Colissimo (France) and 3 to 7 working days by Chrono Relais (France).

Can I order online and collect my purchase in store?

Of course ! Simply select local pickup during checkout.
You can collect your order in our store in Paris, 53 rue Notre-Dame de Lorette in the 9th, from Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready. Do not hesitate to call us before ordering on 07 45 01 70 80 to check that the product is in stock in store!

What are your order preparation times?

When your order is processed, you will automatically receive a shipping email. If the products ordered are in stock, your order is shipped the same day before 12 p.m. or the next morning (excluding public holidays and weekends).

If you would like to check that your product is in stock and can be shipped as quickly as possible, you can contact us directly by telephone on 07 45 01 70 80 (Monday-Thursday: 9:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Friday 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.).

Is it possible to cancel my order if I have changed my mind?

We completely understand, we also change our minds sometimes!

If your order has not yet been prepared and shipped, then we can cancel it. However, once the shipment is scheduled, we can no longer modify or cancel it. In this case, you can return it to us for a refund. We advise you to call 07 45 01 70 80 so that your request can be processed as quickly as possible.

Are the bags waterproof?

We have not applied any waterproofing products to our bags and accessories. However, our organic cotton bags are very thick (500g/m2) and most are lined, so it will take a big downpour for the rain to get through.

  • Le coton est biologique labellisé GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard).
  • Les sacs en jute sont composés à 50% de jute et à 50 % de coton bio labellisé GOTS.
  • La laine est recyclée labellisé GRS (Global Recycled Standard).
  • Le denim est biologique labellisé GOTS.
  • Le matelassé est de la ouate de coton biologique.
  • Les boucles des sacs sont en laiton.
  • Le rembourrage de la pochette de téléphone est en mousse de polyuréthane.

💃 Ethical manufacturing with our Indian partner NGO SSMI which employs women from a disadvantaged neighborhood of Delhi, trains them, provides them with a salary higher than the Indian average, and sends their children to school. Production from the NGO labeled GOTS!

📦 Committed logistics management of orders. For the storage and shipping of our products, we have chosen to call on a logistician who shares our values ​​and puts its social and environmental commitments at the heart of its organization. Our logistician Boost is particularly involved in recruiting young people from priority neighborhoods, with fair and suitable working conditions.

What are our environmental commitments?

Discover our main environmental commitments:

🌿 100% of our materials are eco-responsible. We use GOTS-certified organic cotton/jute and GRS-certified recycled wool.

⚡️ Our two main partners (NGO SSMI for production and Boost for logistics) are working on reducing their energy impact. Logistics warehouses have been designed to optimize and reduce energy consumption as much as possible. Our partner NGO, for its part, is equipped with solar panels for consumption in the workshops and the school.

⛴ Since our creation, we have favored transport by boat to plane to reduce our impact as much as possible.

Est-il possible de cumuler les bons de réduction ?

Il n'est pas possible de cumuler les bons de réduction ! Un seul bon peut être utilisé par commande.

Puis-je parrainer un ami.e ?

Vous avez la possibilité d'offrir et de recevoir 10% de bon d'achat en parrainant un ami.e qui n'est pas encore client Hindbag. Rendez-vous sur votre espace client pour parrainer vos proches.

Je n'arrive pas à me connecter à mon compte, pourquoi ?

Effectuer une commande ne créer pas automatiquement de compte client. Si vous ne recevez pas d'email de réinitialisation de mot de passe ou que vous n'arrivez pasà vous connecter à votre compte, c'est que vous n'avez pas créé de compte lors du passage de la commande.

Il est cependant possible de le faire post achat en utilisant le mail utilisé pour passer sa commande; la commande déjà effectuée sera alors rattachée au compte créé.

Comment obtenir une facture ?

Si vous avez créé un compte, il est désormais possible de télécharger votre facture directement depuis votre espace client.

Si vous ne disposez pas de compte, il est possible d'en créer un post achat en utilisant l'adresse email utilisée lors de votre commande. La commande sera alors rattachée à votre compte et la facture sera disponible.
